Triplicate forms — also known as 3-part NCR forms — create three copies simultaneously when you write or print on the top sheet. Using carbonless (NCR) paper, the micro-encapsulated coating transfers writing from the white top sheet to the yellow second copy and the pink third copy automatically, with no carbon paper required. The result is three clean, legible copies of your form — distributed to three different parties — produced at the same moment.

When Do You Need Three Copies?
Triplicate forms are the right choice whenever three parties each need their own copy of the same document:
- Delivery notes: One copy for the recipient, one for the driver, one retained by the depot or head office
- Purchase orders: One copy for the supplier, one for accounts payable, one for the department placing the order
- Job sheets: One for the customer, one for the engineer’s records, one for the accounts department

Triplicate Form Options
All triplicate forms are available in A6, A5 and A4. Standard paper colours are white (top), yellow (second) and pink (third). Custom colours are available on request.
