NCR Hero specialises in custom carbonless copy paper products for businesses across the UK — including NCR sets, NCR pads, NCR books and NCR single sheets. All products are available with free design, sequential numbering and free UK delivery.

NCR stands for No Carbon Required. NCR paper uses a chemical coating to transfer writing from one sheet to the sheets below, without the need for traditional carbon paper.

The number of parts refers to how many sheets are in each set. A 2-part (duplicate) has two sheets — the original and one copy. A 3-part (triplicate) has three, and a 4-part (quadruplicate) has four. Each additional part creates an additional copy.

Yes. Our single sheets and loose sets are suitable for use in laser and inkjet printers. Please specify this when ordering as paper weights may differ. Our pads and books are designed primarily for handwriting.

We print A6, A5, DL (99×210mm), A4, and A3. Custom sizes are available on request — please contact us for a quote.

Absolutely. Most orders include custom printed artwork. Upload your own artwork or use our free design service to have our team create your forms.

No. Our free design service means you can simply tell us what you need and our designers will create your NCR form artwork at no extra charge. This is included on every order.

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, Word (.doc/.docx), and high-resolution JPG or PNG (300dpi+). PDF with embedded fonts and outlined text is preferred.

Yes. We always send a digital proof for approval before going to print. This ensures your artwork is exactly right before we commit to print.

Yes. Sequential numbering is available as an add-on. You can specify the starting number (e.g. 0001, 1001) when placing your order.
